I needed a new battery for my timex watch. My husband told me about "It's About Time Clock Repair" and I was so glad he did. I went there first thing on a Saturday morning. The shop owner, although super busy, was very nice. He replaced my watch battery and only charged me $10.00 which I thought was VERY reasonable. Convenient location, too, so I'm really grateful. I highly recommend this shop!!!

John is a genius! He fixed a clock that I was sure was beyond repair. The customer service and care he provided was above and beyond. I can’t recommend this shop enough. 5 stars and than some. Thank you!!!!

The repair on one of our clocks was done sooner than expected . John offered us a contact to another repairman for our more degraded clock. Not only do you get your clock repaired in a timely and inexpensive manner. You get to meet a friendly and industrious gentleman.

This is the only place I will take my antique or any other clock to. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service for the since moving to Delaware twenty years ago. He is the best I have used over the last 40 years.

Thank you. Felt very confident in the repair person. Came right to the house to fix my clock. Will use in future for regular maintenance. Repair was a gift to my husband, has not chimed correctly in 6 years. He was happy when it chimed correctly.

First experience here was near perfect. I carried in three clocks explaining the first one was a priority. After brief discussion, he asked if I had a half hour for him to take a look. Well he did. I carried the priority clock back out, hung it on the wall and it's been functioning great for 24 hours. I felt like the charge for this service was perfect for the time invested. I'm looking forward to picking up the next priority clock! Stay tuned!

Amazing place and service. John is extremely professional and knowledgeable repairman. We had two wall clocks ordered online - both arrived not working. He fixed both while we browsed in store and saved us an extra trip from Rehoboth Beach. Absolutely highly recommend!

It was an incredible experience! He repaired the clock for my 87 year old mother and verified all was well, Pricing reasonable and excellent quality workmanship!! Extremely personable. The variety of clocks in his shop confirmed that he is capable of handling any need you might have. He even has the resources to repair a battery operated clock for a customer that he was dealing with when I arrived.
